Here’s an update from an earlier post: The South Butt, LLC has filed its Answer in the ongoing litigation with The North Face Apparel Corp.

As one might expect, the Answer is cheeky, referring to South Butt creator Jimmy Winkelmann as “Little Jimmy Winkelmann,” and making memorable statements such as:

“Jimmy and The South Butt have no choice but to defend the present action to protect the integrity of the marketplace, freedom of choice for the consumer, freedom of speech for all, and the fundamental tenets of capitalism, competition and The American Way.”
