Many thanks to Ron Coleman at LIKELIHOOD OF CONFUSION® for the kind welcome to the trademark blogging community!
As Ron has duly noted, I am indeed “terrifyingly youthful,” and it’s my goal to blog as prodigiously as Ron when I grow up! And, pending the outcome of the Battle for Dan’s Hairline, I may or may not keep my profile picture for some time to come. Stay tuned for updates on that front as well as news, information, and conversation about all things trademark (with a Pittsburgh flavor, of course).
I wanna be Ron when I grow up, too. One wannabe to another – you need an RSS feed.
Thanks, Ben. Made the change.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or
copyright violation? My website has a lot of exclusive content
I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any techniques to help prevent content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it.
Print all your material as a pdf and use a watermark along with it. That does not prevent it, but it does deter it.
